Want to get more for your money?
Follow these tips and you will soon be on your way to spending more on the things you enjoy most.
Sobe Local Bus Service: Instead of taking a taxi in Sobe, try taking the local bus it runs every 10 or so minutes and
has stops on almost every block of Washington street. The best part is that it only costs 25 cents (that's 1 quarter or
about 17 eurcents) per person and the service runs well into the night. So the next time you think about grabbing that taxi, remember the local is just around the corner and will easily save you 95% off the cost of a cab on $5.00 fare. To

The
Metro Mover provides regular service in the downtown area with stops at most government and public service
buildings. The easiest way to board the Metro Mover is to take a public bus to the Omni station in Miami (Cost $1.50
per person. A taxi would cost you about $20.00 from Lincoln Rd and Washinton St. ). From there you can jump on
the Metro mover for FREE. To see a map of the Metro Mover click here, for more public transportation information

Eating A' La Cheap: A good meal doesn't have to be expensive. You can start your day by saving on breakfast.
Many
of the local stores offer hot food buffet-type service stations. Take a walk down Washington and you should
find
plenty of these stores. One of my favorites is the Food Store on Washington, just south of 15th street. It is clean
and the food is of a good quality. You can typically expect to pay between $2.50 and $3.50 for a breakfast combo including eggs, meat, toast, potatoes, and coffe! Now that's a real deal. If the price seems at a particular store,
just keep walking your bound to find a deal!
These stores also offer luch and dinner specials, believe me it sure
beats McDonalds. You can expect to pay about $8.00-9.00 for a fish(salmon) combo plate or about $5.00-7.00 for
a meat combo plate. One easy way to save money is to only eat on Ocean Dr. on special occassions. Having Fun Doesn't Have to Cost a lot of Money: There are many things you can do and see for free. Try visiting theHolocaust Memorial-Miami Beach, check out Bayfront Park, or take the bus to Aventura Mall (we offer shuttle service
for $20, but you can take the bus for $1.50, it does of course take much longer to get there) to go window shopping
or pick something up with all the money you've been saving. Take the People Mover to the Miami Public Library , or
visit
the Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau for more ideas and tourist information brochures. You get idea, don't
you?
