	What happens if I need to reschedule my reservation? Does it cost anything to reschedule?
	To reschedule your reservation just call the number on your email confirmation at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time and date. There is no cost to reschedule your reservation.
	What happens when hotel pick-up/ drop off is not available?
	When hotel pick-up/drop-off is not available we will send you an extra email with instructions on how to get to where you need to go for you reservation, including available public transportation options. You can also see see a detailed map on our Florida bus transfers page.
	How are ratings determined?
	We use a formula to determine the rating of a tour. When determining a rating we use the following variables: customer comments and reviews, travel time to destination, a time spent TO dollar spent ratio, and whether hotel pick-up is included or not.
	What is the deposit amount?
	The deposit amount is the amount of money that must be paid in order to secure your reservation. The deposit amount is subtracted from the total amount due. For example: Maimi City and Boat Tours cost 39.00 USD per person and has a deposit requirement of 19.00 USD in order to secure the reservation. So, you would only pay 20.00 USD per person at the time of pick-up or at the time services are rendered using cash or credit card (no checks).
	Can't I just pay the full amount due?
	No. Miami Discount Tours will NOT accept payment in full until services are rendered (unlike other companies that are more than happy to take your payment in full before they have met their obligations). This provides several benefits to consumers. Customers can rest assured that promised services will in fact be provided since the majority of the full price value has not yet been collected. Additionally, customers minimize any losses that may occur in the event of cancellation or other unexpected circumstances that may prevent them from being present for their reservation. Furthermore, customers do not have to pay in full, making reservations easier to plan and pay for.
	How can Miami Discount Tours provide such great prices off retail when most other tour companys charge 10 to 40% more?
	There are several reason we are able to offer our customers great rates. For one, our entire operation is online and therefore our overhead costs are substantially lower than our competitors who must pay expensive office rents in order to operate. Secondly, our network of contacts in the tourist industry is very large and we are constantly searching to find you great value and exceptional quality. Moreover, we simply believe in volume business and steadfastedly are dedicated to providing our clients with the most bang for their dollar. Lastly, we are NOT affiliated with any companies in the time share industry and are free to charge the lowest possible rates with out any need to offer enticements in order for you to get the lowest possible price.
	Are meals included on tours?
	No. Usually meals are not included. There are however serveral exceptions. For example the Bahamas Cruises typically include all you can eat buffets. Also, Orlando packages also typically include breakfast if you are staying more than one day.
	Do I need a passport to go to the Bahamas?
	Yes, all people entering the Common Wealth of the Bahamas must have a valid passport.
	Do I need to attend any kind of time share presentation to get these great deals.
	NO WE WILL NEVER EVER ASK YOU TO ATTEND A TIME SHARE PRESENTATION. Our great deals are available to anyone who wants to take advantage of them and all offers come with NO strings attatched.
	Do you provide the same tours as the other companies which cost more?
	Yes, absolutely. We use the same or better tour operators as our competitors and these operators provide the exact same tours and activities to our customers as they do to anyone else. So don't be misled.
